I went through something similar a few years ago with my arm surgery.  Its better to be patient and heal fully than rush things and possibly injure yourself further or worse, not having the reaction time/physical strength and crashing in traffic.

I don't have any health issues to report... but I do have a photo to share 😜. Weather is bananas... gorgeous 20C day today, and sunny 22C+ right up to Tuesday of next week. I am fortunate to live on the edge of town... love me a fall ride in the countryside.

Just a couple of hours on the bike today , lovely temps of 64°F / 18° C .

Planning on getting out more this Winter even for a couple of hours every time , been buying Winter gear over the summer so I'll be trying them out over the coming weeks.

Took a ride with a co worker today , maybe last ride this season , it was 15°c when we started and after 2 hours it was 10°c and lots of leaf on the road

Quick little jaunt yesterday. Ended up at Petit Jean State Park before coming back home and being semi-productive.
