Backrest Pads for 50L Top Box

My 2017 FJ09 that I purchased used last year came with a 50 L top box, and a hideously ugly passenger backrest pad. I'm looking to replace it with the proper backrest. I've found 2 different part numbers for it:

Part # PP-F84B0-T0-00, $73 USD at partzilla (https://www.partzilla.com/product/yamaha/2PP-F84B0-T0-00)

Part # 37P-F84U0-B0-00, $138 CAD from the online store of my local dealership in Toronto, Canada (https://snowcity.com/Search-Parts/adid/29711114/50-L-Top-Case-Passenger-Backrest-Toronto-ON/)

They look identical, and I'm pretty sure that after the exchange rate and shipping costs the one from partzilla will still be significantly cheaper. I'm just curious if anyone can confirm that they're the same part but have different part numbers from Canadian vs US retailers.
